Unsolicited Commercial E-mail (Anti-Spam) Policy

Internet user privacy is of paramount importance to us at Just Learn and more importantly, our users. We support the protection of consumers’ privacy rights as a fundamental element of our business, as also stated in this Privacy Policy.

We may from time to time send you marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send marketing, advertising and promotional communications by email, text message or postal mail, and to show you advertisements for products or services. We categorize these marketing or promotional messages as having content not related to your account or orders that you have made. All marketing or promotional messages sent by us are subject to this Anti-Spam Policy, under the following terms and conditions:

Message recipient policy:

Before any consumer can receive marketing or promotional messages from Just Learn, the consumer must have agreed to receive such messages by either direct submission of an email via our newsletter sign-up form on the Site or by actively opting in to receive marketing from us during checkout on the Site. 

Any recipient may request at any time to be removed from our list, and we will comply with that request. In addition, we will thoroughly investigate any allegations made by recipients relating to unsolicited messages.

Policy against advertising our Site using unsolicited email messages:

We require that all emails promoting or advertising Just Learn, its content or products are sent only to consumers who have agreed to receive such messages. We prohibit any advertising of our brand and Site using unsolicited email messages. Not complying with this policy will cause partnership termination and/or affiliate account termination.

If you feel you’ve been sent unsolicited emails promoting our brand or Site and would like to register a complaint, please email our abuse department (abuse@justlearn.com). We will immediately investigate all allegations made related to unsolicited messages.

Unsubscribe at any time:

We require that each email message sent out from Just Learn includes an easy way for subscribers to remove themselves via an unsubscribe link. If you receive a newsletter or email and decide you don’t like it, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. 

If you feel you’ve been sent an unsolicited email and would like to register a complaint, please email our abuse department (abuse@justlearn.com). We will immediately investigate all allegations made related to unsolicited messages.

Definition of Spam:

Spam is unsolicited email sent in bulk. Any promotion, information or solicitation that is sent to a person via email without their prior consent, where there is no pre-existing relationship between the sender and the recipient, is spam.

Examples of Spam:

The following examples are what we categorize as spam:

• Any email message that is sent to a recipient who had previously signed up to receive newsletters, product information or any other type of bulk email but later opted-out by indicating to the sender that they did not want to receive additional email;
• Any email message that is sent to recipients that have had no prior association with the organization or did not agree to be e-mailed by the organization;
• Any email message that is sent to a recipient without a way for a person to opt-out or request that future mailings not be sent to them;
• Any email message that does not have a valid email address in the From Line;
• Any email message that contains any false or misleading information in the header, subject line or message itself;
• Any email message that promotes an adult website, unless the recipient has specifically requested information from that website; or
• Any message that is sent to email addresses that have been harvested off of websites, newsgroups, or other areas of the Internet;

International Users

Please note that we may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in, including the United States. Your personal information is also processed by staff and third party service providers and partners in these countries.
